Since several companies are looking out for legal advisors, Job opportunities for paralegals are increasing day by day. Many colleges are offering short and long term courses in paralegal studies to prepare the candidates to take the role of such legal advisors. Paralegals are recruited in lawyer’s offices as assistants of advocates. They draft legal letters, prepare legal documents, investigate the case, study several reports associated with the case and prepare precise case notes for the lawyers. Paralegals are recruited in private law firms to deal with legal liabilities on behalf of companies. Insurance and health care companies appoint paralegals to verify the documents submitted by the clients and to legally clear off the claims.
